Trial policy: only Starter includes the 7-day free trial. Pro and Agency are pay-to-play — you subscribe up-front and the workspace activates the moment PayFast confirms the payment. If you want to kick the tyres first, sign up to Starter and upgrade from inside the app any time.

Questions we hear.

What happens if I go over my client limit?
Trying to add a client past your cap blocks with a prompt. Agency and Enterprise users can unlock 5-client batches at R1,299/month each. Starter and Pro users need to upgrade to Agency first. Nothing publishes with surprise fees.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Only Starter offers a 7-day trial. After it ends, publishing is paused but you keep read access for 7 days so nothing you've set up is lost. Add a payment method any time to resume publishing. Pro and Agency don't have a trial at all; those tiers bill immediately on signup.
Why no trial on Pro and Agency?
Pro and Agency are pay-to-play to match the commitment level of the features they unlock (mentions tracking, Paid Media eligibility, extra client slots, API access). Starter is the trial tier — sign up there, then upgrade from inside the app the moment you need more. Upgrades bill immediately at the new rate.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, but annual plans lock in pricing until the end of the term — you can switch to a lower tier for the next renewal. Monthly plans can downgrade immediately on the next billing date.
What counts as a client?
One brand/organization you post on behalf of. Each client can have social accounts connected across the supported platforms (one Instagram, one Facebook Page, one YouTube channel, etc., per platform).
Does it replace my scheduler?
Yes. OMM Flow handles queuing, publishing, retries, and rate limits across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads — no second tool needed.
Where's the data hosted?
Encrypted at rest and in transit, on a dedicated VPS in South Africa. We don't sell or share data. See the Security page for specifics.
Who pays for the actual ad spend?
You or your client — ad spend debits the platform ad account you connect (Meta, Google, etc). OMMFlow's R499/month Paid Media add-on covers the software, audience management, and reporting only. We never touch ad-spend funds.
Can I cancel the Paid Media add-on mid-month?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. No refunds or proration. Owners and admins can cancel from Settings → Billing → Paid Media.
Which ad platforms do you support?
All six major platforms: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X. Powered by our integrated paid-media engine — no Meta App Review required on your side.
Do I need to activate Paid Media for every client?
Yes — activation is per-client at R499/mo so you control which clients get it. Flip the toggle in Settings → Billing → Paid Media and that client unlocks Create Boost + custom audiences + conversion relay.
