Why we built it
We ran an agency.
The tools never kept up.
At OMM, we were managing 100+ clients across half a dozen platforms. We tried every scheduler on the market. Each one broke at different seams — reporting was ugly, approvals lived in spreadsheets, and inbox was a different product entirely.
So we built what we actually needed. A command center where every client, every platform, every approval thread, and every number lives in one place. No tab soup, no exports, no manual stitching at month-end.

How many clients can I actually manage?
Up to 30 clients included on Agency. Need more? Client add-ons unlock 5-client batches at R1,299/mo — stack as many as you need.
Does it replace my scheduler?
Yes. OMM Flow handles queuing, publishing, retries, and platform-specific rate limits across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads. You won't need a separate scheduling tool.
Can my clients see their own posts without logging in?
Yes. Each client gets a branded approval portal with a magic link — no login, no onboarding. They see only their brand's posts, in their colors.
What happens during the 7-day trial?
You get the full product — no gated features, no card required. If you don't add a payment method, your workspace is paused after a 7-day grace period. Your data stays safe so you can resume any time by activating billing.
How do you handle platform failures?
Every publish runs through a retry queue with exponential backoff. If the failure is transient (rate limit, network blip) we recover silently. If it's not, you get a notification — not 10 minutes of silence.
Where's my data?
Encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on a dedicated VPS in South Africa. No data selling, no sharing with third parties. See the Security page for the full story.
