1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OMMFlow at omm-flow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. OMMFlow is operated by Online Media Management (Pty) Ltd.
2. Description of Service
OMMFlow is a social media management platform supporting Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Google Business Profile for organic publishing and engagement. Pro and Agency tiers additionally support Paid Media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X via our integrated paid-media engine. The service allows you to:
- Create, schedule, and publish content across the supported platforms
- Manage multiple client accounts
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages
- Generate analytics reports
- Collaborate with team members
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Publish content that violates Meta's Community Standards
- Use the platform to send spam or misleading content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
5. Third-Party Services
OMMFlow integrates with third-party services including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platforms' terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies.
6. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to content you create and publish through OMMFlow. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
OMMFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Failed or delayed social media publications
- Loss of data due to third-party service disruptions
- Changes to social media platform APIs or policies
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8A. Paid Media Add-on
The Paid Media add-on (R499 per client per month) enables boosts and standalone advertising campaigns via our Paid Media integration. By activating the add-on, you agree to the following:
- Ad spend responsibility.Advertising campaigns run against the ad account you connect for each client. Ad spend is billed directly by the platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or X) to that client's own billing method. OMMFlow is not responsible for ad-spend charges, failed platform payments, or disputes with the platform provider.
- Creative rejection. Platforms may reject or disable ad creative at their discretion (for policy violations, low quality, or any other reason). OMMFlow has no ability to override platform decisions; the rejection reason is surfaced verbatim in the product where available.
- Cancellation.You may cancel the Paid Media add-on for any client at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds or proration. Active campaigns continue running on the platform using your client's ad-account budget until their natural end or until you cancel them individually.
- Acceptable use.You agree not to use the Paid Media add-on to run ads that violate the target platform's advertising policies, applicable laws, or our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited categories include (without limitation) misleading claims, adult content on non-adult platforms, and prohibited financial products.
- Custom audience PII. Uploaded customer-list data is SHA-256 hashed client-side before transmission to our ads sub-processor or any platform. You represent that you have lawful consent to use any PII you upload for advertising targeting, consistent with GDPR, POPIA, and applicable local data-protection law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
